This golf course is a 10-year old nationally award-winning facility in the SE United States.  It has enjoyed success since it's creation and generated a very impressive NOI throughout it's history.  200 villa units have been developed and sold out by the owner/developer.  An additional 1000+ villas can be built on site and are entitiled.  The development proforma is very strong with the asking price of $47MM.  Only pre-qualified prospects will be considered.
